From your profile to your first inquiry.
Create your account
Use your existing Honestly Zen account or register through Join as vendor. Complete email verification when required.
Complete your business profile
Add your business details and relevant verification documents for admin review. Never upload customer information as a public listing image.
Build a service listing
The guided wizard covers service areas, photos, media, category questions, pricing, FAQs and availability. Drafts autosave; Save for later lets you resume.
Submit for approval
Add at least one photo and submit the completed listing. Admin reviews the business and listing before publication. Material edits require another review.
Reply and confirm
A customer requests pricing, you send a quote, the customer requests a booking, and you confirm it. A quote alone does not reserve your time.

Clear expectations from day one.
Does Honestly Zen collect customer payments?
No. The marketplace records inquiries, quotes and booking decisions. Arrange deposits, contracts, payments and refunds directly with your customer. Platform vendor-package checkout is separate.
Is a quote the same as a confirmed booking?
No. A customer must request the booking against your quote, and you must confirm it. The dashboard keeps each stage visible.
What happens if a confirmed booking needs cancelling?
Either party can request cancellation with a reason. The other party reviews it and approves or declines. The booking remains confirmed until cancellation is approved, and the history stays visible to both parties.
Can I save a listing before it is finished?
Yes. The listing wizard autosaves a private draft after you pause editing. Use Save for later to leave and resume from the Listings section. Photos and package upload limits apply.
Can I remove my listing?
Yes. Delete listing removes it from the public directory and your active listing dashboard. Existing inquiries and booking history remain available. Listing deletion does not cancel a booking or a paid subscription.
How do reviews and verification work?
Reviews are available to booking customers on or after the event date and are moderated. Business verification follows admin review of information; it is not a guarantee of service quality.
Will my listing appear on Google?
Eligible published listings have crawlable pages and are included in the sitemap when site indexing is enabled. Search engines decide which pages to index and where to rank them.
Can I promote my listing?
Packages that allow promotions can request placement. Admin reviews promotion requests and controls locations and dates. Promoted listings are labelled; results and bookings are not guaranteed.
Can I use the event planner too?
Yes. Your shared Honestly Zen account can access the event planner according to its CRM permissions. Vendor packages and CRM subscriptions have separate limits and billing.
How do I get help?
Use the support options in your account or contact the Honestly Zen admin. For a service disagreement, keep the details in the booking conversation so both parties have a clear record.
